If the need for service or repair arises, we can always help. After repair, upgrade, or service, we will automatically calibrate the instrument before returning it.

Service

We offer a wide range of services if your monitoring equipment needs service or repair. We manufacture and repair the products ourselves at Sigicom’s head office in Sweden, which means we have complete control over all stages.

 

We have installed calibration stations in our US, Canada, UK, France, and Sweden offices to provide the best service and support for our customers. This means that Sigicom offers a complete calibration service with shorter lead times. After performing repair, upgrades, or service, we always calibrate your instrument before returning it.

 

If your instrument needs repair

  • Send the instruments to your local Sigicom office 
  • We contact you for a quote 
  • You approve 
  • We perform the service 
  • We send the product back to you
