INFRA X20WXT Weather Station is a small, lightweight and high quality sensor with two or four channels for measuring environmental and meteorological data. The weather station simultaneously measures wind speed, wind direction, rain intensity or relative humidity, and air temperature. Connect the INFRA X20WXT directly to an INFRA data logger with the INFRA bus cable. The unit is available in two versions, with two or four channels.

Applications

Vibration, sound, air over pressure, dust, and many other parameters are monitored in construction and infrastructure projects. Making sure that nearby buildings are protected, and residents are comfortable, is a best practice in the industry. The INFRA X20WXT Weather Station measures environmental and meteorological data and can simultaneously measure two or four of the following parameters: wind speed, wind direction, rain intensity or relative humidity, and air temperature.

Technology

The measurement performed by the weather station is based on a very well established and safe technology. Output is digital and is transmitted directly to a connected INFRA data logger. Select between two available standards, one presenting the measured quantities in SI-units and the other in US-units. All settings are selected via INFRA Net and can be handled remotely.

Sustainability

The INFRA X20WXT offers a rugged design and is designed for long service life in harsh conditions. It has long term stability and operates in temperatures from -50 °C to +40 °C (-60 °F to 104 °F).The INFRA Weather Station is high in robustness because it contains no moving parts – which is also a great benefit when simultaneously measuring sound. Bird spikes are included and reduce the risk that birds interfere with the wind and rain measurement. The station is to be mounted on a vertical pole or a horizontal cross arm. The sensor is easily mounted and installed on your worksite. After installation, the INFRA system’s extremely easy-to-use interface allows to start instantly and effectively monitoring. In INFRA Net you can adjust settings and view all of your data.

Manage your project remotely via your computer or mobile device via INFRA Net, our internet-based system for project administration. In INFRA, you will find a rugged and reliable monitoring system, helping the users reduce travel costs and increase efficiency. Project alerts can be received by key project personnel at designated measurement thresholds. Data can be analyzed, and reports generated as required for any project.
