Welcome Simon Degerman!

We are excited to welcome Simon Degerman as the newest member of Sigicom’s sales team in Stockholm.

Over the past eight years, Simon has worked in the environmental monitoring industry, where he gradually moved into project management roles. Through his work at companies such as Nitro Consult and Vibrationsanalys i Sverige, he has developed deep familiarity with Sigicom’s INFRA system, having worked extensively with it from a user perspective which provided him with solid industry expertise.

I’m very happy to be part of Sigicom. It feels like a natural next step in my career. I’ve always wanted to move toward a more technical sales role, says Simon.

Having worked with both the INFRA system and AVA for many years, Simon brings valuable insights into customer needs.

– I’ve witnessed the development of a new generation of measurement devices. That experience gives me a strong understanding of the product from the user’s perspective.

Since joining Sigicom, he has been impressed by the organization.

– One of the first things I noticed is that Sigicom is a large organization within a niche industry. I’m currently getting familiar with all the systems, but my first impression is that everything is well-structured. Everyone has a clear role and function.

In his spare time, Simon spends a lot of time on the golf course. He also plays ice hockey, a sport he has practiced since the age of four, though he has stepped back from competing at a serious level. All of this is balanced with family life, which includes his partner and two children, aged four and eight.

We are delighted to have Simon on the team and look forward to following his journey at Sigicom!
