Sigicom Acquires AVA Monitoring

At the end of 2024, Sigicom acquired Gothenburg-based AVA Monitoring. Both companies bring over 40 years of experience in developing and manufacturing advanced environmental monitoring instruments.

When AVA faced challenges, Sigicom saw an opportunity to provide stability for the team, customers, and partners. This acquisition supports Sigicom’s long-term growth strategy by strengthening its industry leadership and expanding its product offering.
