Mathias Lagestam is joining Sigicom in the role of Technical Sales Engineer, starting 2 January 2023.
Mathias Lagestam is a mechanical engineer with a bachelor’s degree from Dalarna University. In his previous work experience, Mathias has worked with sales and product management in the process industry.
With interest in technology and construction, Mathias is excited to dive deep into Sigicom’s product family and learn more about all aspects of remote environmental monitoring. And of course, getting to know the company and his new colleagues.
– I got a great impression of Sigicom when I first got in contact with them. After three days at the company, I feel happy to be here. The people I have met so far have also been great, and there is a good diversity and mix of people, says Mathias.
Considering his technical educational background, entering the sales profession is not a given. Still, Mathias realized early that he wanted varied workdays that combined broad technical knowledge with traveling and meeting people.
– I am very excited to learn more about the industry. Sigicom is in an exciting growth phase which I am looking forward to being a part of to help the company expand in new markets.
