| Measurement Standards - a Wise and Practical Helper Established standards provide guidelines for the measurement and evaluation of structural vibration. Such standards describe and provide the means of determining the relevant operations that should be taken into account regarding vibration monitoring. Using standards is consequently an excellent way of making measurement results useful and understandable. Since the recipients of the report data quite often have insufficient knowledge in the area of vibration measuring, referring to a known standard clarifies the meaning of the results. Standard selection - a piece of cake! Setting up the INFRA system for a specific standard is made simply by setting the parameters. There is no need for the operator to know anything about the standard itself or about vibration measuring. Almost any technician can use the INFRA system successfully. Sigicom has already implemented and delivered instruments for the standards - SS 460 48 66, SS 460 48 66, SS 02 52 11, SS-ISO 8569, SS 460 48 61, DIN 4150-2 and DIN 4150-3. We will be happy to add new standards to our range of supported standards. |
